Blanch skin naturally with lemon juice

Lemon juice is an astringent juice. It has natural bleaching properties. If you use lemon juice to whiten the skin, be aware that you can not radically change the tone of your skin. At best, the skin will lighten a bit of the lighter tones. The effects are not permanent. You can use lemon juice for overall lightening of the skin, such as a freckle treatment, or for treating oily skin. It is very easy to learn how to use lemon juice to whiten the skin.

Use only fresh lemons, never lemon juice bottled in stores. Lemon juice in bottles is often diluted with water and contains preservatives to maintain freshness. Lemons are relatively cheap. Plan to buy one lemon a day for this treatment. A device to extract juice by hand, the kind that your grandmother can be used to make fresh orange juice in the morning, is ideal.

Patch Test

Before trying to use lemon juice on your skin, perform a test to make sure it is not too aggressive for your skin. A patch test uses a product in a controlled area on the arm so you can see if you are allergic.

Clean the inside of the elbow and rub the lemon juice over the area.
Wait 24 hours. If the skin feels good, it is probably okay to use lemon. If it stings or you will have burns, rinse immediately and do not use it on your facial skin or elsewhere on your body.

Preparation

To create a whitening liquid, cut the lemon in half and remove the seeds. Use the manual juicer, until all the juice is extracted. If you do not have a juicer, hold a lemon on a large bowl and squeeze as hard as you can, and get as much juice as you can.

Application

Wash your face and dry. Apply lemon juice to a clean face or area you want to whiten. If it stings, rinse immediately. It can be too aggressive for your skin.
